Venezuela’s navy and air force have escorted the first of five Iranian oil tankers into its waters, carrying more than a million barrels of fuel. The second docked not long ago. The United States, which has imposed sanctions on both countries, says it is monitoring the convoy. But Venezuela and Iran have warned Washington not to interfere with the delivery.
