A new Iranian supermarket chain has opened in Venezuela’s capital.
It is the latest symbol of the growing political and economic alliance between Tehran and Caracas, and a sign of defiance against US sanctions.

And is all because the US has lost the control on exploiting their oil. US sanction against Russia from 2014-2017 that cause the rouble to drop, shrinking Russian exports to 50% and oil price was forced down to USD 30/barrel. China helped Russia to revive their economy.
The US was mad that their unilateral sanctions was thwarted by China.
