Another amazing video, Nate!👏🏻
I always look forward to watching and find them super motivating.
Could you please do a video on tips for waking up early?😅 I really struggle with it (night owl here too)
Getting up at 4:30 am
Starting work at 6:00 am
At home at 14:30 pm
I have 7 hours to do something.
My guy just hacked time.
If no one’s gonna say it, I will. Reheated chicken doesn’t even taste good. 🙁 But if you don’t mind it and it saves you precious time, then you do you. 😊
What about a part time maid?
Preparing food is really annoying, like what’s the meaning of taking more time preparing food than eating it?
I really like the bonsai in the background. Looks like the one I got during lockdown
Come to India dude. You will get maids doing all the chores and get fresh food daily.
Another self-help guy I follow, Craig Ballentyne, pushes “structure equals freedom.” This is the same thing Nate is talking about. So true. The time blocks are one of the best things I’ve incorporated into my life. Even breaking it down to my youtube. I could never find time to learn and edit my videos until I specifically structured time blocks for it. Great videos, Nate!
Nice evergreen😃
I have add and suck at time management and sticking to a plan.. I tend to get nervous and worried about the smallest things and tasks which takes up much energy and therefore time as well unfortunately 😣
Bro if only I could buy you a beer one day🤟🏻 South Africa is just too far🍺🤦🏼♂️
That’s very nice of you buddy. It’s the thought that counts, as they say. I hope you’re making great utilization of the uprising market?! You should be. Cheers.
@Nate O’Brien absolutely man. I work online from home so even though I don’t earn “much” at the moment, the possibilities are endless. I enjoy your streams a lot, so much to learn from you. Thanks for being genuine my dude💪🏻💙💪🏻 btw- names mike☺️
thanks
Appreciation from Germany! Thanks for your videos Nate!
Lol vacuuming 20 minutes per week ain’t squat. I spend hours looking at my phone. THAT’S the entire problem for me.
Good video, though. People don’t get how useful preparation/organization is.
What wastes the most time in my day.. Is youtube adds
This is a way of life without a family, but when we have a family, the situation changes … with a partner, and perhaps children…
Intermittent fasting is where it’s at. Only need to eat twice a day. More energy and you really enjoy the food when you finally eat.
I embrace meal prepping as a creative hobby, because food allergies force me to make all my own healthy meals. I allow up to 2 hrs per day, and often take in current events by listening to public radio while doing this. Also because of health reasons I set no alarm clocks and with a great sleep, have great energy all day. And, Gary the roomba can’t tell you what’s happening in your space. I find cleaning is a creative way to inventory my space, and my relationship to my home. Now if only I wouldn’t waste 1-3 hrs daily escaping into my phone! That’s my weakness!

Everyone gets b-roll in that alleyway in the beginning. I used to work at the theatre right behind it and I never understood why people loved it so much lol
Yo where can I cop that jacket in the beginning. Fire
Hi Nate, I am from Indonesia. Nice to see you on YouTube, I’ve been watching your video for a short amount of time. It is really a masterpiece honestly, you give the audience a sight from something that barely talked about. I love watching your video and your content, however would you mind add the subtitle? I haven’t had the skills to listen from native speaker perfectly. Thank you so much, cheers!
It’s like u heard me😭😭😭😭😭😭😭thank uuu
You’re always welcome.
How’s the stock market working out for you?!
@Nate O’Brien I’m actually taking more lessons to learn and get better. Thanks again. U really answered my prayers
Everybody needs a Gary! Can it cook?
Person with adhd/depression:
Nonononono all these times are incorrect.
Commute: 2 hours total.
Personal care: 1 hour. If I’m lucky.
Preparing food/ eating: 4 hours
Agree 💯
This is one, of the best video ever ,of time management,
Netflix should consider buying this one💝
I confirm making food is the most that consume my time !!
Food is a necessity. What matters is, Food shouldn’t be taking all your time. Would you be interested in ways to earn a huge portfolio while making food? I’d be glad to teach you.
0:01 bro camera quality is A1
Nate: Let’s get some B roll at Penns Landing.
Philadelphia: Thank you for your service
Yea, I guess this is why you’re so rich and all. But I feel like the pressure of itemizing and making every single little thing efficient kinda makes me feel like i’m not living. I and a lot of people take joy in the doing of things sometimes man. I love cooking a meal. I love just freaking vacuuming sometimes lol. Jesus. What’s next? Optimizing the time spent taking a shit per week? Lol
Smiles… I can teach you the basics of how I became rich. Let’s connect on telegram @ Millionaire_ambitions
@Nate O’Brien fake account
@Nate O’Brien hey I did. Caught up with Patick.
you have perfected cooking those chicken eggs on the pan❤️
I had an old roommate that never cooked. Only purchased microwaved foods so she never had much dishes to clean. Although she had more time I feel like it lacked in quality.
I need to go back to working out while I watch shows. The gym hours changing due to COVID has really messed me up
Honestly, that point about food taking forever is spot on for me 🙄🙄 just living a normal independent human life seems to take so long!!
Also I was fully expecting a meal delivery sponsor for that point 😹😹😹 you’ll get em next time 👍
Nate I just found your channel and I’m binge watching already! Great videos and information you are provided thank you!
This guy clearly has no kids.
Just look at the empty dishwasher… minimalism with all this for one person, I think not.
Amazing video Nate, so ironic that I’ve pretty much been following these exact methods and have seen an insane difference in my life. Taking on 3 businesses (YT included), getting to the gym, dealing with the GF, and so much more, and STILL feel like I have time to spare and play a game or just relax. I could never say that before…. Thanks for sharing, true gold here. 🙏
Here’s a suggestion…..say outloud “I have all the time I need.” And like magic it ALWAYS ends up being true! You may not have all the time you WANT…but you have all the time you NEED. Try it!
How to change yourself from night person to morning person?
You are looking cool and rich
keeping cooked meat for five days in the fridge is not hygienic. Cool video by the way. <3 from France
oh I’d love to see a video about your “power hour”
One meal a day and keto saves a lot of time. Plus it’s very healthy. Thank me later.
I started carrying my lunch during the corona. Seriously. Making a salad? Make four at once and put the other three in tupperware in the fridge. Lunch is made!
2:45 what the heck?
Putting the duvet cover on the duvet is a massive waste of time 🙂
B-roll reminds me of life before marriage & kids. Lol. Great video, Nate!
Tip: take a photo every hour today. You will not find yourself shopping online or spending an hour on social media. I did this yesterday and never felt more productive. Not today, today I’m on youtube, live is all about balance.
I’m tracking my time this week. Agreed on hating spending so much time on food
I like your bed outfit with sunglasses. Good way to get rid of any extra light in the room :).
No, honestly I really enjoyed the video. Thanks
I hope you don’t go grocery shopping every time you’re hungry.. I would only eat chips like this 😂 Seriously though, this is a very nice video!
Is he right, maybe. It depends. I think for me the problem is social media. No need to wake up early if I control myself. every time I check my phone screen time, I hate myself. :))
I’ve learned that to much time is bad as well. I used to keep productive and busy before the pandemic, but now I’m procrastinating my hobbies.
I’ll play that game later, then it’s 9pm and it’s too close sleep (I still wake up at 7am even though I don’t have to, just to maintain my routine).
I’m a slow eater too! What you said about food and prep was spot on, and has been my issue with why I hated cooking and would rather eat out. However I do need to save money so I started using Hello Fresh. It’s so worth it! I got a free box from a friend and it was so convenient having all my ingredients there as well as a recipe to follow on the recipe card. You should try either that or another meal prep service. I can give you a free box!
Wake up early so you can sleep early and repeat.
CC please
When you get rich, you automatically have more time because you automate tasks either through machines or people.
Just some light feedback. When reeling off a bunch of statistics quickly it would be helpful for me to see some text on the screen.
Why dont you keep a maid
omg i agree about waking up earlier than everyone! great advice Nate! 🙂
I spend 10 hours 30 minutes on my phone. Sounds too much but I reduced it from 14 hours to 10 hours so it’s a progress if you ask me lol
I’m not gonna lie, it gave me a little bit of anxiety knowing how much time do we spend doing each thing hahaha. But it also made me reflect on it so I’ll put some of the advice into practice.
I do love a lot of content on this channel but I can’t subscribe to the notion of trying to eliminate these day to day necessities like cooking/eating/cleaning etc – like it or not a lot of life is time spent on the ordinary and I think is more beneficial to spend time learning to enjoy the ordinary and these moments being more mindful in these situations and not trying to eliminate them – Cooking isn’t a waste of time and can be very therapeutic/enjoyable or practice being mindful in the moment – stop trying to escape them as a lot of these things are just life, calculating every min of everyday on every task for me is not the answer to fulfilment – if you don’t have enough time now wait until you are married with kids 😄
Anyway love the content
Killer content bro
Super useful info!
I think a big part of the automation and streamlining, at least for me, is actually the energy and willpower saved from not having to do certain tasks. I find that I have more time than energy, so I try to find ways to conserve energy.
Great video Nate, waking up early is a game changer.
My third world country ass forgot vacuums are a thing, i only use a broom 🙁
I m gonna ignore that he slept with googles on !!
I’ll finish this video when I have enough time.
Look everyone it’s quality content
Nate, you’re speaking fast but very clear
Thank you for this
Just I’m russian and sometimes it’s not easy for me to understand English speakers
Great video! I have slowed my life down a lot & am enjoying lots of free time until I work.
This video couldn’t have been more timely for me Nate! Hamster wheel syndrome is real
“time doesn’t discriminate”, or more precisely, “there is no discrimination as far as time concerns”. Are you sure?
“we’re running and running and running and we never seem to get anywhere”. Of course we don’t get anywhere, because there is nowhere to get. This is an artificial race with no clear goal. Most people go to work and do things that are unnecessary. It is a giant simulation, a giant waste of time and of resources such as fu-el, clothes, food which gets wasted because of lack of time to save it, cosmetics etc. , all because we must go to work and do things than nobody needs. A giant simulation all is. The only people who still work are Asians and they do too many things of bad quality, in order to quench the office worker’s need for justification of his time wasted in the office.
you forgot haircuts bro, mf’ing haircuts. Solution? get a buzzer and go full prisoner-style.
Everything he says is so practical, so easy to do–straight to the point. It all adds up. This life is wild yooo!!!yeehawww
Please subtitle! I am deaf&
I don’t have time to watch this video
This is why I only eat fast food.

Great Video 💯
I do the same with eggs, get a good egg rack for the instant pot and you can cook up to 18 eggs in 5 minutes and have hard boiled eggs when needed for protein snack.
If you had a wife you wouldn’t have to cook and clean. There I saved you all that time! 😂😂😂
Please add subtitle
Time flies by very quick! Make the best of it. Best of luck to everyone in 2021
Not only is there nothing left at the end of the day, but there is also an “overage” when you add together all the different minutes spent on each task you described. Where do these extra 119 minutes come from, Nate?! Seriously, though, I really enjoy your videos but where did you get these figures from? You do mention one source but I am not clear if all the figures came from the same source or if you’ve cobbled them together from various different sources and in the process have arrived at an extra 2 hours in the day…
Because man, if I can get me another 2 hours of the day, I would be a very happy human being! We’re in lockdown here in the UK, and I have never been busier! 😀
Mike and Nate need to practice IF. Trust me it will change lives. Eating more than twice a day is an abuse to the pancreas.
Discipline is a freedom
Views on the road comes thru w the instapot recipes
I just wasted 10 minutes watching this video 🤭😁😜 jks.
put caption please nate
instant pots are amazing. now i just discovered the glory of an air fryer as well! also thank goodness you weren’t going to say that the answer was a meal delivery subscription service lol i guess i’ve been watching too many influencer videos :p
20 min of vacuuming is not going to hurt anyone
Do you actually wear shoes in the house? Wouldn’t it be dirty from outside?
Investing in bitcoin has been best decision I made this year, I wish I knew about it earlier than now, I would have been a millionaire by now, but it’s better late than never right!

I personally think crypto is a very good investment
Gold 💰silver💰 Crypto❤ to the moon
who’s your brokers can I get a link of he/she??
It’s difficult for me, because I have addiction to youtube and spend a lot of time here. I hope I can deal with this addiction)
Simple pleasure without phones~I really miss the old days
Nice video Nate – this is a very important topic
