The party Congress outlined Pyongyang’s policy agenda, as it prepares for a change of leadership in Washington.

If one is to do a retrospective study on North Korea, you may come to the conclusion of North Korea not wanting to integrate into the international system at the cost of its individual freedoms. The international system is a farce because there is no sovereign body that regulates it and only powerful states have the ability to make change for better or worse (powerful states like US violating international law) . North Korea has observed the behavior of the superpower (US) in middle east and has made its mission of protecting its sovereignty by acquiring thermonuclear weapons at the cost of its citizens freedoms.
