Experienced economist and not so experienced economist are walking down oxford street.

Not so experienced economist runs his optimization program on his I7 procesor laptop and figures out he’s better off eating it so he does and collects money.
Continuing along the same road they almost step into yet another pice of turd.
The not so experienced economist: “Now, if YOU eat this shit I’ll give YOU $20,000.”
After evaluating the proposal , our experienced economist eats shit and pockets the moolah.
They go on.
The not so experienced economist starts thinking aloud : “Listen, we both have the same amount of money we had before, but we both ate shit. I don’t see us being better off.”
Experienced economist: “Well, that’s true, but you overlooked the fact that we’ve been just involved in $40,000 of fucking trade.”
Suggestion to your leaders , persons who have received an approved vaccine be allowed back in your country. I am sure that would be a big burst in tourism . the US will be giving out vaccines before the end of November. Your planning has not addressed that yet , but i suggest it should.
But is there a vaccine already? Arent those on the news mostly at their clinical trials still?

There is no country in this planet that has contineous positive economic increase during covid19 pandemic. It is a worldwide problem that needs strategies and thorough planning to bounce back economy.

our country (the Philippines) Department of Health Secretary DUQUE is extremely corrupt… DUQUE is involved in many corruption scandals running to billions of pesos (hundred of millions of US$ dollars) and to name a few; OVER PRICED medical equipment, OVER PRICED covid 19 test kits, OVER PRICED new medical facilities, OVER PRICED PPE, UNPAID medical front liners, OVER PAID Phil Health claims and the most recent RED TAPE on the purchase of COVID19 vaccines. The Health Sec. DUQUE is trying to gain HUNDRED OF MILLIONS of US$ dollars by FAVORING some pharma companies….. And yet President Duterter is still turning a blind eye despite the obvious and the call of some Senators and political leaders to oust the extremely corrupt Health Secretary…. DUQUE is UNTOUCHABLE…
