Thank you so much for this video. This was one of the most useful videos I had the joy to watch recently. 6-7 months ago I was in the deepest place in my life and I knew that I was the reason for that all. I let all that negativity, pain and disappointment to control me. I had to work so hard to pull myself out of that hole. What I had to learn is to let the past go, let people go, just be in the moment, appreciate what I already have, not make plans which are anyways not in my hands… a lot, a lot of things. Was it a hard? Yes. But I am in such a better place and I am thankful.

Stefan, your right about religion. I grew up with my family going to Buddhist temple but reality, they don’t know much about it themselves. As I read more about scriptures from the Bible, I do relate to more of the story. I’m learning to surrender. I’m believing in helping others so I can live an abundance life as well.
