I’ve always wanted to invest in forex/stock trading, after a few trials I realized that trading without a good mentor and guidance is a waste of time and money.
I recently started trading with this trader Andy Calistoga. It’s been only a month and I have been able to make a total of $28k

What I do is I downloaded several different no fee apps and did $1-$5 into stocks that I am familiar with. You said in another video to invest in what we know. So I’m just having fun with over 30 different companies and adding a little money here and there. Need to elsrd fidelity through my job though. They’re giving me a hard time.

You could invest in US investment grade corporate bond ETFs – this way you would not be exposed to any one corporate bond and the rate is better than bank interest
I love investing in an s&p 500 etf. You get to invest in the 500 biggest companies in the U.S, with lots of diversification, and low costs. Great video, very informative.

Doesn’t stocks also include the S&P 500 index fund? So the stocks portion should be much higher than that.
@Profitglutton one thing is investing at a index fund and other one investing at a single stock
Aside from an emergency fund, time in the market beats timing the market.
I made 5k off NIO it’s my first time investing

Thank you for taking about the importance of CASH 💰 💵 people seriously don’t talk about this enough especially in the age of Robinhood investing. It’s so important especially during these times of market volatility and uncertain economy.
I would say use your cash to sell cash secured puts on 10 delta options for good stocks. If you don’t know what stock options are, I advise looking into it.
The wisest thing that should be on every wise individual’s list is to invest in different stream of income that don’t depend on the government to bring in money especially now the pandemic is hitting economy pretty hard.
You are absolutely right about that but Depending on the government is a big waste
Investments are the stepping stones to success especially if you been guided by a professional broker or Investment manager.

Hey Nate. I like your individual stock investment style. I do the same thing. I invest in many different stocks across all sectors. The diversification keeps the risk low and the potential to gain high. I also like learning about all the different companies and how they operate. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad day investing this way because there’s always something in my portfolio that’s doing well.

I’m always heavy on cash. An emergency fund for rainy days. Cash savings I move around to whatever savings account gives the best interest. My thought process is, I’m not actually that interested in getting “rich” and especially not fast. Cash is utility, it also means I never sell any investments I do make because I’m not forced to.

The US stock market as a whole is transparent and functions efficiently. As long as there are stocks like Tesla, Apple, Amazon, etc making huge gains there will always be individuals, hedge funds, institutional investors trying to pick those stocks, therefore the worry of an index fund bubble and lack of price discovery isn’t a serious worry.

Keep in mind that, like most small businesses, you are not likely to get rich from running a vending machine business. But being your own boss and calling the shots are rewarding in themselves. And if you get enough locations going, vending machines can generate a steady income for you.
Thanks for revealing Nate. Your comment about an index bubble got me thinking. I will be sure to do more research and adjust my portfolio accordingly. Fascinating times.

Warren buffet does not have 130B in cash i find that hard to believe

As a young man, where do you get your money to invest? Do you work of some sort other than these videos?
Bitcoin investment with MS MARY JOHNSON is literarily the best decision one can do right now
Precious metals?…like physical. Wow. I think it is similar to own PM equities, which are wayyyy more liquid, which more than counters the argument that any equities even PM equities are not real and risky. I’ll bounce between all sorts of miners as the market grinds back and forth
Cash is trash. The opportunity cost of sitting on cash for years hoping for a bottom is too much. They keep printing money and propping up the economy, so who knows when they let it drop. Then, when it does, you get in and have to wait years to get this big victory? I think a better strategy is to DCA into Bitcoin and a few of the innovative/disruptive companies that ARK Invest talks about. You’d be far, FAR better off than sitting on cash and losing to inflation. But to each their own.

What do you mean when you say you have cash? Like literally just money in the bank?
Great video as always!
I get the cash argument, but it seems that I am the only one here in the comment section to be a bit wary of it.
We all know that cash loses value over time through inflation, that is no secret. So the question is: does having cash at hand justify losing your wealth to inflation with the added opportunity of investing in something great when it comes along. I think it does not, mostly because all of your assets in your portfolio are highly liquid assets. If let’s say you come across a new stock where you want to allocate a rather large position to because the opportunity seems to be amazing, then you could just sell off some of your other stocks.
I know in your case it is different since you want to perhaps buy some real estate and that is a very fair point to keep more in cash as well.
But as a general rule, I don’t think it makes sense to keep large portions of your portfolio in cash solely based on the argument of ‘having money available for an opportunity’. For me the main reason to have cash is just to have a safety net so I can pay expenses for the next 12 months or whatsoever, not because I need to have cash ready for a good opportunity as when the opportunity arises, i can just sell some of my investments that i think will underperform that new opportunity.
Aww darn’it, looks like ‘Analysis’ vote 8months ago didn’t hit the mark. Youtube voting sucks. Thanks for the vids anyway 🙂

Great content, I want to start an investment to serve as my security income, I need to have financial peace and freedom, I want to secure my later years and I want my investment to be safe and protected, but I really do not know how to go about it. I need advice on what to do next and how to begin. Thanks.
The fact that you wanna start a new investment plan as a form of security income, you should get help from a financial adviser or a good portfolio manager. It is the best way to start.
I totally agree with Stanley, you need a financial guide to put you through all what you need to know and also to tell you when or where to invest your money. Some persons will just jump into investing on what they know nothing about. My good advice is get a financial consultant.
I have a very good recommendation, I have been using her services for years now and she is very good at her job. Above all she is trustworthy. I can recommend her to you if you do not mind.
I don’t mind at all, in fact this is what I need right now. So please give me the recommendation. Thanks.
I’ve never actually subscribed or commented on YouTube videos until now. These are probably the best and most practical content to consume.
what would be some good waste management stocks?
Dumb question
By cash investment, do you mean something similar to saving accounts with interest rates?
“”It’s pretty time intensive”. I’m finding that out the hard way with stocks. Balance sheet, income statatemen & statement of CFs, press releases, about you, volume, competitors/industry, markets, etc, etc. It’s no joke, and I’m in Finance lol
