That would have been our troops in WW2 in Japan. We would have had to go house to house doing hand to hand fighting. It would have been devastating to our troups. @Elfat Zeqiri We do appreciate all the help of course. But the Iraqi forces are not as weak or poor as you may think; there were sanctions in place preventing Iraq from buying equipment. There were practically 0 security forces in 2004 after the invasion and just after 10 years they had to fight the most barbarian cult on the planet so of course there was gonna be some short cummings. The Allied help mainly in terms of airstikes beside the Iraqi AF although came late was a big factor in the fight. Not forgetting the training and weapons from the alliance. Also, some of the previous Iraqi army generals joined isis hoping to re gain control in Iraq this is why isis were effective in their beginning attacks. Hope this widens your understanding of what the Iraqi people think about that war.
