There are at least 2 death every day since 5th of July in my residence area at the eastern province of Java Island, …….. very sad really, it gives me an anxiety at some point ….. Public health center and hospitals are full of covid-19 patient, emergency services are shut down due to lack of Health care workers, I don’t know where to go if ever (God forbid) me or my family need Emergency services …..

Million people don’t have to die from covid 19 if they take their lives into their own hands . By that I mean , instead of relying on doctors who are so overwhelmed to save us we can do simple things to save our own lives . In March 2020 I suffered from a really bad covid 19 in the USA and back then a 46 years old person not qualified to check in the hospitals and my doctor s office then shut down then . Leaving with no choice I had I fight for my own life with . Contact , cough sirup and mediation oil but the 2 main things that saved me I strongly believe that we’re doing steam inhalation ( lemon grass, lemon leaves ,and guava leave , bring to boil then cover yourself with a thin blanket and inhale with you sweat) pineapple juice mixes with raw egg yolk and a touch of salt . Mix well and drink . It s delicious and stops all the nasty cough and boosts your overall strength and whole well being . And eating hot soup every day . That were all I did and saved myself I when was facing death . I remember I couldn’t breath and could walk a few steps from bed . Yeah . I was that close to death but I was lucky enough to make it with simple things I just shared above . I hope everyone will try as what do you lose ?
