America’s Oldest Working Nurse Retires at 96
Hope she can live till 100 and beyond
What a champion, Gold bless her!
God bless you, thank you for all your hard work…
She DRIVING! at 96? I think her Social Security would be more than enough for a younger driver! I’m sure her reaction time is spot on.
I would usually object to a 96 yo still driving 🚗 🙄, but in her case as fast as she was moving around in the hospital 🏥 I feel like she’s okay on the road
I think that her working as long as she has has contributed to her being very sharp; much more than someone who retired at the standard age. She’s exceptional. I’m sure that if her judgement and ‘reaction time’ wasn’t good she would have been let go as a nurse.
Congratulations!
Thank you for your service, Florence!
Love the fact that she is still quick with the jokes.
She still drives too!
More life mama that’s a journey fulfill
Man, what an example of patriotism the unselfishness she gives out. May God continue to bless you. I love you.
Wow amazing
I’ve only been a nurse for 7 years! Thank you so much for all you have done and keeping us young whipper snappers in line!
What an awesome nurse! Have a happy retirement.
But because of this lady I can’t complain that I am tired 😴. She is on task and moving all over like she is 18
Thank You So Much 👍🏾💯💕💕🎊🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🥰🥰Blessings too her🌹❤️.
thank you for your services!!!! 🙇♀️🙇♀️
Incredible
Beautiful story, what a lovely woman!
An example for young people. Do hope she lives to be a 100.
An amazing lady!
And here I am struggling to get off the couch 😆
this is the news i want to see
GREAT JOB!! YOU’RE AN INSPIRATION!! ATTA GIRL!!
Anti maskers and anti vaxxers would rather complain than give praise to a health worker’s dedication and sacrifice
Sad we pay so little to service people they can’t rest in peace!.
What a lady. A retirement well deserved
Thank you for all you did! God Bless you
mm==repent and be baptise follow the ten commandments jesus is coming soon
GOD BLESS HER…..🙏🙏🙏
This is so wholesome on a whole new level.
This is what news should be about, ALL DAY…FINALLY NO LIES!
Saint.
I have huge respect and admiration for her. This country has little respect or appreciation for older people.
Exactly!!
Yeah…that’s why people think that allegedly the you know what was released from you know who in that you what place. They needed to shed the dead weight over in you know where and everybody with all the money’s allegedly said f*** it, let’s do em all. Allegedly of course.
This was enough to make a grown man cry
How lovely she survived TRUMP’S PLAGUE.
76 years of nursing. Think of all of the lives she has saved, people she has helped, babies she helped bring into the world, knowledge she has shared… and we name streets after people that did one amazing thing.
I think if you did more research….you’d probably figure out that all those people actually did a lot of great things, but the school system is trash and doesn’t teach people these things…obviously.
Better late than never.
Guess the five people who gave this video a thumbs-down just REALLY didn’t want Mrs. Rigney to retire!
no
Bless you girl!
good
My Beloved wife of over 6 decades,,,a R.N. Butterworth School of Nursing graduate. Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retired long ago. After 3 decades at the Old Soldiers Home/Michigan Veterans Facility. She saw this article n said “Should I return to work?”. We don’t need the income but she does miss her profession. Plus her Soldiers. God Bless Ma’am.
Happy Retirement to her!!!
What a star. She reminds me of a young colleague’s granny here, who’s a whisker away from turning 80, but busies herself as a community nurse. I think her days see her rising at 6am, and working from about 7am to 7 or 8pm (with a few hours of break) most days of the week, looking after what she calls “her old people” around the area, when she’s hardly a spring chicken herself! That schedule of hers would tire me (49) out!
Best of luck to This particular old lady, and thank you to all medical staff and healthcare workers, but especially to those like this old lady who worked their whole lives to help others.
Because after all that time she doesn’t want to deal with Republicans

A true hero! Thank you for your service!
What field did she work in? How long did she work as a nurse? Did she work in the same hospital all those years?
Antifa 👍🏻
Isn’t that the baby sitter from don’t tell mom the babysitter is dead wtf
So adorable and blessed.
Big hug.
Wow what a woman ❤️🥰
Why is she quiton now? That many years only to quit now
If you believe that Covid can harm you, by all means get yourself protected…..
FACT, Covid has a 99% survivability. Kids have no legit reason to get vaccinated…..
DO NOT COMPLY with the TYRANNICAL CDC’s MEDICAL MALPRACTICE agenda…..PURE EVIL!!!
My Grandmother worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse until her mid 80s. She would have worked longer but they closed the last hospital in town that did deliveries. She never learned to drive so she couldn’t commute. She died at 105.
Aww!! Bless her heart 🥰
Thank you for your service n dedication, young lady.justsayn.
“Constantly learning” science is a process not an outcome…there will be many new developments and discoveries…present assumptions about this virus and the current response may not be a correct approach…a rush by an impatient medical establishment leaves out development of effective anti virals.
She’s a lovely lady and I praise her service. But it’s a dystopian tale of a woman in her late nineties still working NOT a feel good story.
You are correct and thank you for clarifying that because most people don’t understand what this story is truthfully about.
Thank you for your channel. You r sew dedicated. I’m stocked up Please family and friends. Realize this is essential to do NOW if you can. Anything your lacking pick up one or two. Cut back on other things, eating out, christmas shopping. Etc. it will make u have a better Holiday if you can be healthy because your eating right.
Awesome
Hats off.
If I were her dad, I would definitely tell her its time to retire so you still have time to travel the world.
Congratulations 🎉 Lady 💃🏻👩🏻🦰
Florence is such an inspiration.
This is the kind of story I wanna see in the news!
I’m glad there still good hard-working people like her around. Every one we lose is a loss for our communities.
What a doll bless her
Folks, she has been working as a nurse BEFORE we discovered the DNA double helix structure! Respect!
Wow, I’m 44 and couldn’t keep up with her! I try but I lost the genetic lottery folks! 😂
She is inspiring the world. ❤️😊
nice lady
my highest respect and honor for you
from an Illinois nurse👏😂💕
What a remarkable woman. I bet she has tons of great stories to tell.
God bless her!!
She’s darling!! ❤❤ Stay safe!!
Thumbs up if you think she should be invited to the White House
Sad. America can’t even pay enough so people have to work their entire life!
She is amazing I remember when she was in the operating room with me and she was always friendly
My gosh, what an outstanding person she is! I would love to meet her and hear her stories of how medical treatment, hospitals, and life in general has changed over these decades. Lately I’ve been wishing I had pursued a medical career…maybe it’s actually not too late!
Such a wonderful woman. Hope she has a long life ahead.
I’m a nurse this is so sad 😞
Wow! If it weren’t for covid, she might have worked until she was 100!
0:38 lead apron!
Me: what made you retire?
Her: well, they ain’t sticking me.
Me: you single granny?
Her: Well…I might have to take a jab after all. 🤶
Wow…..she’s one of a kind. Wishing her love from CA!
Wow
She is AMAZING!
I pray to God that my mom would live to be 96 and kicking and hustling like this sweet old lady. To be 96 and be so healthy is such a gift.
Working till you drop dead is not a flex
She makes me want to cry!
Nursing has always been strenuous, and I’ve suffered from “burn out” more times, than I can remember! Looking at her, makes me feel like a wimp! 😳
