Yes! Great point! DRIP used to be more important when brokers would charge transaction fees because then you could continue to invest without being charged!

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with Ally Invest! They will charge you for transaction fees but so long as you’re not buying and selling too often, it shouldn’t make a difference as to which broker you use! Good luck!

The reason why i like Acorns is because I don’t have to do anything. I don’t know much about stocks and acorns just takes cares of it by diversifying you investment to make it safe. And i love DIVIDENDS!

From what I’ve see playing around with the platforms I really enjoyed Robinhood and M1 Finance, but the only down side for me is that they don’t have it in Europe yet, hopefully that will happen soon!

Betterment allows you to invest in many different management groups such as ARKK etc.

If you have no experience I would definitely recommend a robo advisor. Look into m1 finance, betterment, or accorn. There are tons of videos and research out there.

Robinhood is NOT FREE. I had robinhood for a while and from them locking stocks and charging withdraw fees it’s by no means free. Use E*TRADE it’s not free but it’s actually legitimate. Getting actual stocks instead of being part of a large hedge fund (which acorn is)

Sweet I like the round up feature because I’m bad at saving money! I like being forced to put it in an account. I also not on top of the market so I would like being passive with limited options.
