investing in china is both stupid (1% pa long term stock market growth) and morally bankrupt
Video ideas for the next weeks which will potentially generate a lot of views:
-How to protect against inflation?
-How will military affairs affect the stock market?/How will the global political tension affect the stock market in 2022? (Russia, Ukrain, Gas supplied by Russia, War, USA intervention)
-Something about the metaverse
-What is DeFi?
-Will China be the leading economy in the world?
Keep up the good work👍🏼
Yes
Good video Nate 🙂
Hit me up~~~
I discovered your channel just hours ago and I have been binge-watching your videos. I’m learning so much than I have ever learned in university. Thank you so much.
Good For you
Watch his, what to do when you get paid video. I watch it again and again to keep myself on track.
Waiting for him to mention NFTs like a gen z Gary varynerchuk
Nope
@Nate O’Brien lol good.. waste of money?
Appreciate that you go straight to the point, that you speak fast, clearly and understandable. Also, that you don’t talk much on Individual stocks.
Looks like 0% is allocated towards haircuts based on the flow in this video lol
Just got one
Need this because my ETF investment is at loss
Step 1: Be born with privilege and money.
Step 2: See step 1.
Not true
Hey Nate, can you make a video on University degrees? (Btw love your videos)
I invested about 12% of my portfolio in Fundrise two months ago and so far have earned 5.7% returns and have not had any volatility.
Really but there should be some negative months as stock market right ?
Seems like a great portfolio allocation.
I feel good
Why fundrise and not like a vanguard reit fund
What do you think about VOO Vanguard fund? I
Nate, thank you so much you are a big inspiration for me. I binge watch all of your vids.
Bitcoin is going to go to $20,000. Wait then load up 🚀
I wrote this on: 25/01/22
I agree. It’s a speculative asset just like the rest.
Nate coming out with a “how to invest…” video in 2022 when markets are crashing 40-80% is the definition of ballsy.
My portfolio is up on the year 😉
@Nate O’Brien out of curiosity which allocation groups are up on the year for you?
markets are crashing 40-80%. lol dreamers going to dream.
Fundrise is great but can’t go wrong with VYM as well
Hello does funrise work for people outside US?
Very sensible, thanks Nate!
I invested in my channel ☺️☺️☺️
Hi, you mentioned you allocate 12% to small business investments example 10k to a laundry business. Where do you find opportunities like this? Thanks
Usually through pre-existing contacts. Friends, other business partners. And luckily I get a lot of inbound thanks to YouTube
@Nate O’Brien thanks for your reply, would you know of anyways of trying to find these kinds of opportunities outside of what you have mentioned? Thanks in advance!
Nate if you don’t have an apartment where is the place you’re filming at with your silver play button? I know that’s my biggest expense personally Housing
Great video Nate! I watch your videos like a TV show, waiting eagerly for the next one! 😂😁
can we use fundrise in france?
Hit me up~~~~
Thank you, Nate, for being so practical!
Great plan Nate!
Hey Nate, great video. In which platform do you invest and buy stocks?
Hit me up~~~~
What about nfts? Does anyone have any advice on that? It’s still a very unfamiliar concept to me
Well done Nate. A wise head on young shoulders 🙂
Thanks Andrew
Really interesting video. Can you invest with fundrise from anywhere in the world or do you have to be in the US?
I’m 100% into s&p tracking funds and dollar cost averaging, much easier lol
Hey Nate! Where do you keep your index funds? Taxable account?
Roth IRA, not taxable
Thank you for this! I’m am starting out completely new and want to make my first investment tomorrow.
Definitely start with S&P500 ETF as a starter. Nice way to try out the market with low risk.
Please tell me where you’re able to put $50k in and pull out $3k per month. 🙂
Got lucky.
That cheeky lil promotion 😂
The Best!
Why Fundrise over REITS?
How can you tell a successful professional from novice? Too many novice”traders” and “brokers” out here
Yes please, how? My work won’t afford me the time to do these all by myself. I need heIp, but I’m scared of getting in the wrong hands.
@Charles Christopher That’s exactly where I am now.
Do you rebalance your portfolio to maintain these allocations, and if so how often? Or do you simply maintain the percentages to determine how much you invest each month/paycheck?
👍👍👍👍👍 💵 💵 💵 💵 💵
im in love with your mind nate. i watch your videos purely because I like how you just ARE. it makes my day how shamelessly sensible you are, it makes me feel sane.

Hi!!
Don’t invest in dollar general, they prey on poor people who don’t know any better. There prices are actually substantial higher than a normal retailer and they are predominantly in poorer areas where the demographic does o ow any better and thinks there getting good value
Grand Seiko makes great watches.
Totally on the same page as you about researching & investing in companies! I love being right about my future expectations 😂
Great video! I’m personally invested in all of those Vanguard ETFs. Great strategy overall to hedge your bet and capture as much of the market

Great Video Nate..thanks for the details. I have a qn – On the last part of your video you mentioned small portion into small business investments
How do we get into that category of investments like what tools or platforms , could you please provide some examples – for example like fundrise for real estate
Invest in perspex and little machine things telling me I’m not wearing a muzle and I’m at the correct temperature
Chat me right away.
Invest In a jab you’ve had, hoping it ain’t given you a Hart hattack
Hi Nate, investing in a small business sounds interesting. How do you go abouts finding them?
*Hey you! I know my comment caught your eye, I just want to remind you – Stay focused, go after your dreams and keep moving toward your goals.*
Thank you for adding the chapters!!
Your videos are so incredibly helpful! If you don’t have an apt/house, are you filming in your storage unit? 😅
Always enjoy your perspective Nate!
Very helpful, thanks for sharing! (And I appreciate the organization by chapters too.) For future videos: (1) would love to see a walk-through of Fundrise, what type of investments you look for on there, etc. (2) how do you find the “other investment” opportunities? Do you reach out to small businesses, are they listed somewhere, or is it mostly through personal connections?
To your question about next week’s video. I’m super interesting in learning more about emerging markets and global stocks and etf’s. I’m a huge believer in those but don’t know too much. Would love to know your top “Emerging Countries” or whatever there is to know haha.
Another comment about next weeks video! Journaling completely changed my life and I only have you to thank for that. I know you make annual goals and targets so I would LOVE to see you review your “2021” goals you set for yourself last year and how you adjust and set new goals. Or you mentality moving forward in general.
okay, i am going now to check out what you suggested r/t REETs. I have been watching many local groups and regional businesses develop their small business. oh, and at the end of this video, you mentioned one of your primary expenses being car insurance. Might you want to discuss sensible approaches to insurance choices?
Thanks for Suggesting fundrise
Could you do a full breakdown of how you analyse companies? That would provide a huge insight for individuals like me who are new to investing.
No apartment? Then how you get a roof

Nice content. I like your ideas on how you diversify your investments from various index funds, stocks, and FundRise. Just not sure if they allow a Filipino citized to open an account with them, but if not, I’ll consider similar guys here.
By the way, I see Taylor Swift to you for some reason.
you’re free to invest now the market is affordable and profitable strategies☝️,,
Great Info, but do you also invest in s&p and nasdaq? They have done decent gains in the last couple of years.
where do you shoot these videos Nate? Your brother’s apartment? Or is a studio you maintain for your businesses? I know you’re always on the move so wondering how you make the videos happen.
Investing in smaller businesses sounds really interesting, Nate!
The idea of being a seed investor seems to me, like something that can give extremely high returns – but it of course also has bigger risks compared to investing in established companies. But if you just do your resource before investing (which I’m sure you do) you’ll be able to have pretty good odds of getting a good ROI 🤑
Is it a REIT? Or does it work like a real estate sectoral mutual fund?
Really appreciate your transparency, well diversified portfolio.
Had a quick question on how you feel about REITs and how is it different from apps like fundrise?
You really need a girlfriend Nate 😉
Really helpful, keep up the Good work👍👍
you’re free to invest now the market is affordable and profitable strategies☝️,,.
Thank you, Nate. Highly appreciated.
Thank you Nate for you amazing video!
Hey Nate, great video! when you say you’re allocating your money in other stocks (financials, etc.), does that means you’re selling the stocks you owned before and buying these others? or simply, throughout the year, putting more of your income in these new stocks? Hope my question makes sense…
I like Nate, but there is very little meat in this video.
you’re free to invest now the market is affordable and profitable strategies☝️,,,.,.
Interviewing employees… hmm interesting
Another excellent video 👍👍
So you’re not buying a property in Texas ??
Rivian auto (stock)👍
Sorry but I hate so much your sweater.. no offense here
You add no value, you only have a large audience because you’re handsome AF.
Great staffs 👌
Great to here your perspective, Nate.
HEY NATE THANK YOU FOR TODAYS VIDEO, WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON CORPORATE BONDS. AND MUCH SUCCESS TO YOU
Nice, Nate!
Keep pushing!
Thanks Man
Can you talk a little bit about NFTs in your i’m coming videos 🙂
How you invest makes no difference really because of the income you have from YouTube. Only follow this advice if you also make millions on YouTube. If you do. You won! Well done.
