I don’t think this make any sense, if Russia truly wants to invade Ukraine they are capable of attacking direct from their interior bases not to deploy troops and camp around the border this are just drills from either sides, focus on your economic progress stop going to war it’s a waste of money and i believe you need each other even landlocked countries survive by maintaining good ties with their neighbours and so it is to the furthest island.
For those that understand, nuclear is never an option even in an existential crisis, cooler heads will prevail. Russia is in no position to engage with the US as both are nuclear superpowers but American conventional warfare capabilities is –“Beast Mode” that cannot be challenged. The US should move its troops already stationed in Europe, as well. There are around 60.000 of them if I am not mistaken. It is necessary to show Putin that if he really wants to talk and de-escalate, playing the bully with his troops on the Ukrainian border will not work.
