After what it did to Moldova in 1992, Georgia in 2008, and has been doing to Ukraine since nearly a decade ago, it’s about time that Russia pays a very, very high and unavoidable price imposed against it. That will include turning over Abkhazia and South Ossetia to Georgia, Transnistria to Moldova, and Crimea and Donbas to Ukraine along with turning over its Kaliningrad exclave to either Poland or Lithuania, pulling all its troops out of Belarus and other ex-Soviet states e.g. Kazakhstan, surrendering all its nukes to the US for decommissioning and so on. Russia will no longer be a superpower and its sphere of influence will be eaten up by both the West and, of course, a rising yet menacing China.
