Russian progress is slower than it was expected. But I think it is to minimize civilian casualties. Russian troops are only targeting Ukrainian military installations. That is why they are progressing slowly.
It is the fault of Ukrainian government. They trusted on the west and ran after US. As long as Ukrainian authority didn’t try to make alliance with the US led evil axis Putin didn’t occupy a single inch of Ukrainian land. Putin thinks that if Ukraine joins NATO, it will be a threat to Russian security. It not illogical. The US led evil axis NATO would install Nuclear Missile in Ukrainian if they get chance.
It doesn’t mean that Putin is a good guy. He is also bad but better than worse western so called democratic leaders.
Like all other wars, this war is also started by the political leaders, not by the innocent civilians. But the ultimate sufferer is the innocent civilians of Ukraine, Russia and people of the whole world.

Kharkiv here. We are standing. A lot of ru tanks an APC burnt not far from entrance to our city. Shelling become more recent today. To this point great army of putin didn’t manage to capture any major ukrainian city only took casualties.
