To answer your question, 1. I meditate with a few different types before bed, depending on what I feel in the moment or how my day went. 2. I read my goals out loud to myself every night. 3. When I’m in bed, I plug in & listen to a sleep meditation with hypnosis (30 mins) by Rising Higher, Jess Sheperd (my fav) or subliminal binaural sounds (8 hrs), specific to what I want to manifest during sleep. Oh, btw (for anyone interested) the drowsy time just before you fall asleep & when you just awaken is “Theta” brain wave mode. It’s the best time to be most impressionable to your brain, like you mentioned in your example.

Wow, I am wearing blue light blocking glasses right as I am watching!! My eyes would get tired being on my computer throughout the day running my Amazon business so I bought some. So not only does this help with sleep but it helps fatigue if you are staring at a computer much of the day.

I resonate with all of these for me I like to wind down watching something educational on youtube or a Netflix show at the end of the week, also find having a tea and reading helps me wind down. Also, make take magnesium every night as it helps with sleep a lot. In terms of a Netflix show, I’d highly suits and a docuseries called Mars. Really well done and a good blend of story and documentary. Definitely, gets you thinking big picture!
I like to actually write my morning ritual and plans and tasks down that I already know I’ll be doing. I sleep better knowing that I have written something down that are important so I won’t fret over it whilst trying to fall asleep.

Productivity mode. Not planning your day ahead of time I feel you on that one! That point was the key take away for me in this video.
My evening ritual.
1. I have a whiteboard where I have 3 sections To-day’s, Tasks, and Goals. (Things that need to be done go on today’s, tasks are things that need to be done in a week or two, and goals are for the month)
2. Gratitude, affirmations, and recognition are a key area of my morning and evening ritual. Affirmations in front of the mirror, recognition as I check off boxes from the whiteboard, and gratitude for my life and the people apart of it as I drift off.
3. I like having things ready to go the next morning lunch for work made, work clothes ready to put on, and jotting down what’s on my mind in the todays’ section so it’s out of mind. Doing these tasks allows me to detach and get into meditation mode for the night/morning
