The city of Miami Beach declared a state of emergency following a weekend of violence after crowds of spring breakers took over the area. NBC South Florida’s Jamie Guirola has more on the story including how the city manager is proposing a curfew for visitors.

How many videos have you seen of these young woke people on college campuses disrupting speakers they disagree with?
