Lack of self-awareness is such a personality defect. Same applies to government of nation. Who would enter a negotiation with nothing to give and take. The bottom line for Ukraine is to urge Russia to cease fire, reduce casualties, reduce war destruction, instead of expecting more weapons from NATO and US to send more Ukraine young men to die in the field.
