Central America has always been troubled, but yet, Costa Rica finds a way to be satisfied, no military no wars. Mainly since Russia is not there…………..
Costa Rica is a beach-home country though. Wealthier people moved in since the 1900s since it was one of the least populated countries. Not really a fair comparison to the northern triangle which was always relatively densely populated and had the US intervening because of the Banana Republic with communism as the scapegoat to intervene (yet when it was more of a democratic socialism of sorts).

There are so many gang members in el salvador that they have their own prisons. You don’t have to worry about inmates who are in for crimes that are not gang related. They are kept separated. Those inmates that you are seeing killed 60 REGULAR CITIZENS in ONE DAY, this had not happened for about two years (the time Bukele’s been in charge. Regular citizens are happy to see this.

History repeats itself. I remember some parts of the problems El Salvador had in the past.

Salvadorian government. The farmers got together and fought back. Instantly they were labeled
terrorists. The corporations out of desperation blow up a civilian bus full of civilians
and blamed the farmers (terrorists). The people did not fall for it, they knew who did it. When
the people displayed outraged after figuring out the truth, the corporations went silent.
That’s when I knew one day they (corporation) would try again. 9 of my Salvadorians friends
thanked me for recognizing and helping spread the truth of how they suffered.
