Russian main failure was unable to bomb Kyiv indiscriminately like America and NATO countries did in Afghanistan, Iraq, Lybia, Somalia and Syria and killed millions of innocent people. Russian weakness and main concern was to save the life of civilian population.
Russian one of the main aim was to cripple the Ukraine army which is assumed that Russia is successful. Back bone of Ukrainan army has been completely broken. Ukraine president Zelensky will have to give answer to Ukraine people for such huge damage. Ukraine president relied on western power and thought they would directly intervene into Ukraine if Russia attack Ukraine. But it did not happen and Zelensky then moved from door to door.
When you get punched in the nose over and over you loose your will to fight.survival becomes the next stage.
Russia has more military hardware and is far from being defeated. NATO started this war 8 years ago by constantly attacking the Russian speaking people of eastern Ukraine covertly in the guise of Azov battalion mercenaries together with the regular Ukrainian army BUT Russia will win this war on its terms.

The numbers of Russians equipment loss is very low in this video. Actual numbers are double. Ukraine military have more weapons now then when the conflict started because of Russians abandoning equipment. Also the lack of a Russian offensive push is allowing Ukraine to repair damaged equipment and resupplied by by the free world. Russia continues to have problems with deserters and logistics.
I consider the numbers on Oryx to be a minimum, which has 2,980 pieces of Russian equipment lost, but the actual number is said to be higher on that article itself.
On top of weapons, America is supplying Ukrainians with intelligence. Russians are not very forgiving about that.
Why does everyone say low moral and all the rest of it when it’s plain as day that a large percentage of Russian troops have no desire to kill Ukrainians or operate beyond the 2 breakaway Russian zones making the overreaching Putin a warmonger that is causing needless deaths and destruction.
