Silicon Valley taught one lesson since 1999, change with new technologies or be swept aside. Fairchild, Digital, Wang, Compaq, Blackbry, Motorola even vanguard HP. Auto unions, dealership, ICE cultures are ⚓️ to the legacies, many will not make it.

Tony Seba explains it – Disruption always comes the outside. Incumbents can almost never keep up. Look at how much debt the legacy auto companies (VW, Ford, GM, etc.) have. How can they possibly survive??? Tesla has $100 mil left and FCF of $2.2B in Q1. S&P and Moody’s still not upgraded to investment grade (while same companies have better rating).
