THE STOCK MARKET:
MarketWatch noted that, when the economy was NOT in a recession – the average SP500 correction saw a decline of just 15.4%…with VERY FEW resulting in a BEAR MARKET, where prices would decline 20% or more.
https://www.marketwatch.com/story/bears-beware-past-corrections-for-the-s-p-500-are-only-15-on-average-outside-of-recessions-11643664801
CNBC also analyzed 11 periods since 1990 after the SP500 declined by 10% OR MORE in a quarter…and THEY found that the index posted an AVERAGE return of 7% that FOLLOWING quarter….and, even more surprising…both the SP500 and Dow Jones have posted positive results after a 10% decline in ALL PERIODS…except during the Dot-Com Bubble.
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/04/02/how-dow-sp-perform-in-quarters-following-their-worst-drops.html
And, if we want to take it a STEP FURTHER…”since 1990, both indexes posted average one-year gains above 18% in the annual periods after a quarterly decline of 10% or more in the S&P 500.”
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/04/02/how-dow-sp-perform-in-quarters-following-their-worst-drops.html
The moral of the story is just this: when you invest, as long as you’re diversified and holding within a good company or index – the best thing you could do is just DO NOTHING. Keep holding. Stay invested.
CRYPTOCURRENCY:
1. CRYPTO WINTER:
This is when prices routinely fall – and then lay dormant for sometimes months or even years while the market consolidates. BUT, if history is any indication, most likely, a “Crypto Winter” is nothing to panic about – and, it’s just a normal part of staying invested.
2. EXECUTIVE ORDER:
The executive order is most likely going to make an appearance in the next few weeks, with the goal of developing a framework from which cryptocurrencies can operate. Bloomberg also reported that “The administration is expected to weigh in on the possibility of the U.S. issuing a government-backed coin, known as a central bank digital currency,” according to the people familiar with the talks.
In the big picture, I see regulation as a sign that they’re taking it VERY seriously, and intend for it to be a part of our long term economy…even Bank of America argues that regulation is a GOOD THING…and that, “Once rules are established, the uncertainty over how to invest in crypto will be lifted.”
THE REAL ESTATE MARKET:
Throughout the COUNTRY…rents are 14% higher year over year…and, with a lack of supply, combined with an increase in cost – rents HAVE to increase to make financial sense. Of course, it’s EASY to blame it all on GREEDY LANDLORDS TRYING TO EXTRACT AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE…but, the fact is: Increasing housing costs means the overhead and breakeven price is more expensive…and, that is reflected in rents. Labor is now more expensive, as well. Materials are backlogged and sometimes cost double or triple what they used to.
Since so many rental agreements are beginning to expire and renew…IF you’re in a position where you’re renting and want to keep your costs fixed…do your best to shop around, negotiate with your landlord, lock in a longer term upfront, and be as indispensable as possible.

Hi Graham! Are you not concerned about Russia and ukraine conflict?? If it should escalate, it could be devastating for the markets….and if china should help russia, it could become a third world war, dont you think? 🙁
“Whats up Graham its guys here” love it
Did you just say, “What’s up Graham, it’s guys here?”
Okay Grant. Take your chips to the dealer invest in the Meta crash.
So what if it goes down. Buy more. Diamonds hands.
nice topic
Will you do a video/review on your thoughts of the new Extra card?
Can you do a video of point debit card?? Thanks
Sold the bottom?
Love the channel graham. But the videos have been getting a bit repetitive
market is now up, you lost bro
These unscrupulous videos you make while also advising people to buy periodically no matter what should be taken down by Youtube. And people need to understand that you are incentivized to make these videos because panic sells.
LOL, eventually things will recover? Based on what timeframe of experience? The fact of the matter is that we’ve been in a 40 year bull market set into motion by the breaking of inflation in 1980 with 15-20% interest rates, Petrodollar hegemony, global reserve currency status, Baby Boomer demographics, etc. All of those trends are ending. Interest rates hit rock bottom at 0%. A 10-year note of just 2.65% will break the 40-year down trend, ending the dual bull market in stocks and bonds. Boomers are retiring and dying in droves, pulling retirement funds out of the market instead of adding them. And the world is de-dollarizing. What worked for the past few decades won’t work any longer. You can’t just put things on autopilot and expect to survive what’s coming.
“whats up graham its guys here” haha
Take note Kevin. Your former followers will outperform your portfolio cause you are timing the market
Graham, I am disappointed with your videos of late. You really have just begun to make the same video over and over.
I appreciate your content Graham, but the clickbait titles are getting old. This may be my last bite…
Not to worry, you will have many more fish to lure 🙂
Not true
Thank you for introducing this project to the public, hopefully in the future this project can provide satisfaction to all those who have worked hard on this project
Graham we are still waiting to know what was inside mrbest box it’s been a few days now why no reply ?
I sure loved the collapse of FB 🤣 $$
you have to stop relying on historical data to make predictions and instead understand what creates credit bubbles. the Federal Reserve lowered interest rates way too low and this inevitably creates bubbles dt so many loans that are taken out that should’t be taken out and malinvestments become widespread. when the malinvestments are liquidated you get the necessary crash/correction. it’s hard to predict where these will be and when it will come, but peter schiff correctly predicted the housing bubble of 2006 bc he followed that carefully and understood what the Fed was doing. look up Peter Schiff’s video from 2006.
after buying a house when is the best time to refinance?
Go go asix token before indodax listing
So are we all going to pretend like Graham didn’t start of this video by saying
“What’s up Graham, it’s guys here” ? 😂😂😂
❤️ your vids Graham.
Did you say “what’s up Graham is guys here” ?? Did I hear that right?? 😂😂😂
Love Graham, but not the clickbait thumbnail
Another way of seeing most people barely understand basic math 🧮 and clueless about how the markets work.
I saw this argoument in your viedeos a cuple of times: if you miss 10 best trading days your overall return % drops significantly. But you never compare it to sceraio where yes, you missed the10 best days, but you also missed 10 worst days, and that must have a positive impact on overall return % as well, doesn’t it?
Ignore the news, just keep investing
“What’s up Graham, it’s guys here”?? Lmao Graham that was hilarious. I could tell you looked confused right after you said that.
Amazing video such engaging contents! Investing is how you create wealth, I started investing from the pandemic and I have earned a lot of profits in forex investment with Ashley Madison strategies.
Keep in mind that people who are heavily invested in the stock market, of course, always want others to invest even more in the hope that their investments will benefit. People that day trade also want people to invest more, because it is easier to day trade in a bull market than a bear market. But an important bit of history that is purposely omitted in this video is that there has been several notable periods where if you invested near the peak, it took many years for your investments to regain their value when you bought them. The Nasdaq took 16 years to regain the value it had in 2000. Yeah, that is a fact, and its occurred several times across every index. Japan’s Nikkei has still not regained its former value from 1989! I am not saying that is going to happen to the US stock markets. But if you are going to objectively give market advice, you cannot omit this information.
Amen 🙏
Thank you for the great content. I support your channel.
Hilarious to watch all these very young youtubers telling you to hold even if a crash is coming, when they have never dealt with one. It’s easy to say DCA, if you have an influx of cash coming in pretty steady during a crash… But a lot of people have modest incomes and perhaps a nice portfolio that overinflated during 2020/2021 because of the crazy market… so say you are someone with a $100k salary but $400k investment account… I would be way more defensive with that and I would rather wait out this year and cash out my chips than risk a crash and lose 50% of it, which could take years to recover.
Good point 👍 maybe I’ll have to do a video on how I’ve stayed grounded during market corrections and provide some more practical advice for younger viewers out there.
One additional thought…. after an amazing 2020 and 2021, do people really think that 2022 is going to be more than a flat/negative year? I think best case scenario is a +2-5% AT BEST but with a big chance for a crash if the fed doesn’t pull off the perfect game plan. 2-5% is not worth the risk of your portfolio.
“What’s up Gram, it’s guys here!” Am I the only one that caught that? lol
When you invest, you are buying a day that you don’t have to work.
I pray everyone reading this becomes successful.
Thank you!! I’m praying 🙏 too 😊
Today extra clapping on the cake
All that money and you can’t afford to get rid of that soul patch
I’m scared
THIS DUDE ALWAYS SAYS DONT TRY TO TIME THE MARKET BUT MAKES CLICKBAIT BULLSHIT VIDEOS TALKING ABOUT THE MARKET IS ABOUT TO CRASH. HE ONLY WANTS VIEWS HIS VIDEOS HAVE BECOME TOTAL BULLSHIT.
Almost never in the modern world has more government regulation ever helped anyone besides said government.
The reason the rent and house prices are rising is because China has bought into the market and investors have over invested in the Chinese market,,China is big brother now ,, not ment to benefit us
“…greedy landlords who try to extract as much money from the tenants as possible!”
I mean, in Utah that is most definitely the case. They will drop any tenant if they believe someone else can afford more. That’s the most prevalent reason why their rents are increasing so much.
Bitcoin & Eth 😂 will have new household names by 2030. Pow will be taxed out of existence if nothing else
I’ve been searching for a good broker to trade with Please sir how can i find one??
Hello, I’m new at this, how can I reach your broker ? I’ve lost a lot of investments already.
I am not here to converse for her but to share a testimony of what I confirmed, she is the best broker i know who is sincere, trustworthy and reliable. kudos! Maya
Did he just say “What’s up Graham its guys here” in the intro😂?
So, we don’t know anything, and fervor determines the market. Got it. Stay the course.
Thanks Graham! The market has been pretty bad lately. Almost everyone have been crying practically, but it kept dipping. That’s what you get when you feel you can navigate the process on your own. Big thanks to Helen Brown. I’m not bothered with how bad the market is because my assets are insured due to her advice and I still receive my profits.
My consultant Helen Walker is more reliable, I found her on a CNBC interview where she was featured and was reached out to.
Wow! I’m so surprised and at the same time excited to see someone here who knows Ms Helen. My life changed for good after my investment with her.
Where is she
I mean how can I get to her
Is she on social media?
I lost $60,000 last week, about 60% of all my money! 😅
The best thing to do is to hold on and don’t panic during market downturns. Boring but true advice.
HOME PRICES WONT COME DOWN. LOW SUPPLY! MILLENNIALS HUNGRY TO MAKE BABIES. GOVERNMENT PROPAGANDA TO BUY NOW JUST BECAUSE RATES ARE LOW.
I live in Utah. Signed a contract May 2021 for a 2bd 1ba apartment with rent $1190/month. I know somebody else who signed a contract December 2021 for a 1bd 1ba apartment with rent $1400/month. They live in the same county as me. Rent prices aren’t like California yet, but they could get there in the next few years.
Keep buying bottoms ig. I’ll just hold longer .
Did you notice at the very beginning you said “What’s up Gram its guys here”. 😆
Am I the only one who noticed the “what’s up Graham it’s guys here” ? 😅
I pretty much just do the exact opposite of whatever he talks about now and so far it’s making me a lot of money lol.
This time your research is completely faulty. Missing the best days also means you missed the worst days. This type of talk about missing the best days is nothing but a conventional ploy to keep people holding in the stock market. Holding works, but moving out near the top and moving in near the bottom works better
I wonder how many people were misled by this video
Who is tracking the SPY symbol with me? SPY is probably the most heavily traded symbol on wall street.
No 1920’s called
Thank God you are not MeetKevin 👏🏽
The sooner people realize the stock market is crooked as hell, the better off they will be.
Dont say ¨almighty yt algorithm¨ please, it is a blasphemy
Consistency is key
It might seem like it’s bad that I’m praying for a stock market crash so I can buy more mutual funds but that’s just because I’m a horrible person
Great video
