Now, 11 months after the United States and other Western powers withdrew, the Taliban is promising safety on the roads. Afghans are taking advantage of the change to explore the region.

And education is impossible without Economy. US seized their assets, and sanctions them. Education also requires syllabus to study. Education is the fundamental rights in Islam both man and women as prophet Muhammad said. So, they are working to sides: Syllabus to study, and economic to feed the teachers.
You must understand that there is a problem here. Unfortunately, ISIS-K still exists and has a presence. And unfortunately, some, not all Taliban lean towards more extreme views. So if they were to just let girls go to school, then those fighters would defect to ISIS-K. So the Taliban leadership made a compromise, they allowed girls to go to school up till Grade 6, and they forbade it after so everybody is happy. Inshallah, ISIS-K will be destroyed and then the Taliban may reverse this ban.

@David Z3 Afghanistan’s high birth rates could be a result of both, the poverty and religious expectations, however one factor has more bearing than the other.
A country actually does have to be economically prosperous to have a low-birth rate. There’s a reason why the most wealthiest countries in the world are either depopulating (like Japan and South Korea) or taking in millions of immigrants to make up for the native population loss (like America and Germany).
The countries you listed are mostly middle-income and low-middle income countries, so of course their birth rates are lower than Afghanistan’s, because their poverty isn’t even a third of the rate of poverty Afghanistan has.
In strictly Islamic countries like Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, the Emirates and Oman, birth rates are in decline as these countries continue to economically develop.
Birth rates are poverty are correlated and it is quite obvious that poverty has a larger effect on birth rates than religion does given the latter examples.

If wealth strongly correlates to birthrate, the poorest countries in Europe – such as Ukraine, Moldova, Bosnia, Romania & Bulgaria – would have much higher birthrates than the UK, France etc.
@David Z3 the countries you mention are all Eastern European countries, a regional outlier. Lower birth rates can be a sign of human and economic development, but in it may also be a sign of oppression.
Between 1945 and 1990, when countries such as like Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary and Romania were under Communist control, the USSR outlawed abortion, thus why countries like Poland had a fertility rate of roughly 2.5 children per woman.
When communism collapsed not only was abortion in many of these countries legalized bu industries closed down all across the eastern bloc, but these industries could only be sustained under the Planned Economic Policy of Communism.
As a result, what came was a large increase in unemployment. Since the 1990s, there has been substantial immigration of eastern European workers to countries like Germany, Holland, Sweden, Britain, etc. When there is that enormous pull factor, many people in those countries see a small need to have children when there are better opportunities elsewhere. Interestingly enough, Russia which suffered enormous economic decline saw it’s birth rate reach a low of 1.2 in 1999. However in a period of fifteen years, it has risen to a point where it is now 1.83 about the same level as the United States.
