pull weeds, cut wood, dig a ditch, do something with the spent energy other than reps. All his muscle will turn to fat when he quits.
muscle physically does not turn to fat 🙂 they just lose mass which makes the skin below appear flabby 🙂

I ended up with flabby skin after weight loss . It isn’t bad it is a little bit .
I’m in the same boat. The rest of my arms held up pretty good but the loose skin is the worst in this area. Congrats on the hard work, thought I know how tough it is to do all that hard work and be left with another insecurity.
@C Shepard More strength training I did the flabby skin tightened . I am fine now . I am also tailing cologen hydrolized suppliment for the last 3 weeks . Keep strength training you will see results .

I am skinny, excise and I still have them on my arms they make me feel self conscious.
Sometimes it is excess skin or just loose skin and needs to be removed with surgery.

Choose a weight you can do for 8-15 reps.
Would you be able to make a exercise video for those that are semi-disabled? It’s hard for me to even try these heavy weight exercises. I had two shoulder surgeries on the same shoulder and now I’m only allowed to lift 5# indefinitely my arm.
