Cincinnati doctors held a press conference on the status of NFL player Damar Hamlin, saying he is showing “good neurological improvement,” and that he is making a “remarkable recovery.” Hamlin is still using the assistance of a breathing tube, but has been communicating with a clipboard, where he asked “did we win?” NBC’s Maura Barrett reports.
