Millions of children caught in the catastrophic earthquake in Turkey and Syria, which was followed by a second magnitude 7.6 earthquake hours later and more than 100 aftershocks.
Exhausted rescuers got a boost when they pulled a four year old boy from a collapsed building in Saliurfa.
People are asking why some buildings that were supposed to be quake-proof did not withstand the tremors.

No they are being careful of strong aftershocks. The main road leading to the areas hit is damaged. Rescue teams have to use mountainous roads and drive carefully carrying heavy supplies and equipment.
