War between the United States and China of any kind is far more significant than the skirmish in some passes of the Himalayan Mountains that was the war between China and India. The American attack on Huawei and the treat of American sanctions against any company in the world that does business with Huawei is the event that triggered the Chinese warning. China is just warning the United States of the consequences if American economic sanctions are used to destroy the supply chains that the Chinese economy depends on. If China is forced to make good on this warning the world will be in the middle of a far more damaging conflict on a far larger scale than the military conflicts between China and Vietnam or India.

We’ll find new suppliers and seek out new places to mine while China hemorrhage money through bailouts to keep their economy from collapsing. China has enhanced IP Rights Law. The onus is for the owner of the IP to sue anyone or company found infringing in the China Court. Maybe China has already set up special IP courts for such purposes @Jedadiah Tucker
