The United Nations says more than 40 countries are facing the combined effects of debt and high food prices that could push millions of people into hunger.
Reducing the debt burden of nations with less than $1,000 annual income per capita is top of the agenda at the UN’s once-in-a-decade conference for the world’s least developed nations, being held in Qatar.

@Joanne Watts The more a country’s population ages the more older it gets with more and more people reaching retirement age. This has serious effects on a countries productivity, health sector and social services sector. Ageing population is less likely to reproduce and replace itself with younger heirs which turns into a cyclic downward spiral when countries reach birth rate of below 2.1.
The population starts to decline and it is irreversible. To counter this problem many countries invite migrants from other religions to live and work and reproduce in order to fix the downward curve.

Trademispricing is the biggest reason these countries, mostly in Africa remain undeveloped and under vicious cycle of interest and debt. Slavery was abolished centuries backs they say, and economic slavery stated after that.

What you are doing is desperately looking for reasons OUTSIDE African culture… to explain African culture… I’ll make it simple for you… Modern man has existed in Africa for 120,000 years… Anything that happened in the last few hundred years barely makes a dent in the beliefs, behaviors, and values of continent thousands of years old… African culture just IS African culture… Trade imbalance barely even matters….

I cannot write everything here. Believe me, so-called rich nations have developed a system in which they have vastly undue advantages, e.g. PetroDollar, veto power etc. This means poor nations pay price for the actions they didn’t commit. Let all good human beings unite against this injustices.
