I can only hope that this is just the beginning and will show the Republicans that NO MAN is above the Law, and if you break the Law you will be judge by a legal system based on legal laws, and if found guilty you will go to jail, certainly not be qualified to run for the highest office in America. Court are usually straight forward. All of the evidence is there. He will be found guilty. What sentence that Trump will get cannot be very severe for a first offender as far as his arrest record is concerned. Trump was in court today because he kept attacking the prosecutor. A jury will find him guilty at trial because of his attacking the DA, Judge, and the family members of each.
Judge is going to let him hang himself since the judge knows he can’t help himself. Judge will probably recall him tomorrow and revoke his bail, lol.

Trump has been America’s worst criminal for the last 50 years. If he does not go to jail, then it shows us that our legal system prevents us from having a justice system. Any judicial system would put Trump, and many other political criminals, in jail – or impose more, hopefully maximum, punitive punishments.

First, if your political and legal journalists and commentators are still ” scratching their heads” about how Alvin Bragg’s case is unfolding your staff should be more thorough in their investigation process because the legal fillings are very open. The size of your organization would indicate you have the resources to be much more informed. Second, if your legal consultants don’t have enough experience in actually prosecuting or defending complex cases which typically relate to either the ultra rich or the powerful political bad actors to fully explain to the public the realities at play in this circumstance you need better legal commentators. Try Karen Friedman Agnifilo, Michael Popok or Ben Meiselas. In depth knowledge of the law and factual truth is healthy for America. Try benefitting your country instead of both siding the topic for better ratings. These days the choice is telling the truth or pushing propaganda. Are you trying to be a news organization or another version of Fox? You see what’s resulting from Fox’s actions distorting facts and blatantly lying to the public, are you attempting to play the same game.
Where have you been…they all play the game…the facts in the news are no longer real facts…..real news has been gone since the 70’s…..now you can only believe 5% is factual and it looks like the Government is just the same…..it’s sad to see what the USA has become 😢

The $130,000 of hush money was paid out in 11 checks, so that’s 11 counts. A large payment like that exceeds campaign contributions limits, so another count for that. Then there are 11 fraudulent ledger entries for “legal fees”, so that’s 22 counts. Then 11 fraudulent bank transactions, that’s 33. The national enquirer editor provided additional information, so I can easily see that there could have been more than 34 counts.
