Hilton has been slipping. Starwood was good for a while. Not anymore. Looking for a new hotel chain.
I’ve read quite a few shocking reviews about the New Orleans Ritz, and a couple Ritz properties in Florida. And the management’s responses seemed to be copy/paste corporate rhetoric. That leads me to question how much the luxury chain really practices what it preaches. “Retail Doc” Bob Phipps had a Ritz-Carlton horror story he wrote about in his online column.
I’m in the HR business in healthcare. I definitely would love to see this training in action. Excellent customer service is something I innately know will set up success or failure. I’ll be purchasing this book for inspiration.
As part of my work as a Hospitality trainer I have read almost all the books on Ritz-Carton I find them very inspiring. Such great service I look to emulate such service in my training videos.

This is another good and prosperous new years for many customers, luxuriously able in the facade inside and out. Excellence as well as quality, same quality and standards of the trump towers, suppliers of excellence as they are known for. Human aspects and relation speaks always worldwide to customers and to employees that experiences the best of excellence.
I read that Rush guitarist Alex Lifeson and family were treated badly at a bar/lounge in the Naples, Florida Ritz-Carlton.
I worked for the Ritz-Carlton Kansas City in the Culinary Arts. I would agree. I try to implement this philosophy in my business. I am the owner and operator of TAPSKC: Private Law Enforcement.
The kids haven’t learned anything with their degrees. Treating people decent, the staff and the customers doesn’t cost extra. But not doing so is expensive.
