The United States carried out a rescue operation overnight, flying helicopters to the U.S. embassy in Sudan and evacuating 80 government personnel and their families. Secretary of State Antony Blinken also announced the closure of the embassy amid the growing violence in Khartoum, Sudan. NBC News’ Courtney Kube has the story.

That’s not how it works so perhaps you should educate your mind. Some go back to help other family members come over. The process to bring your family is far easier if you are present. It’s also a major religious holiday and most were there prior to, to try to get their families here, thinking there would be a cease fire during the holiday. America runs off to save everyone else. There’s no reason they can’t help these people. I was in Ethiopia in February and many are crossing the border there to escape. And incase you didn’t know… America is number 143 on the world’s peace list for safest country. What blows my mind is why anyone would move there. Hence why more refugees are choosing commonwealth countries… with common sense laws.

You know, there’s something that doesn’t feels right about going there with the goal to help just those who are “American” citizens. Meanwhile there’s a lot of people in the same area that really need some help or support. I’m not saying that those American citizens don’t deserve the help, they do, it’s just sounds like some kind of preference. I don’t know if they also helped other people from Sudan, but I hope they did.

Now if for some reason you’re forced to not help those people then retreat, don’t help at all, the same reason why US can’t protect Ukraine. Imagine there’s someone dying next to you and you just let him die just because that person it’s not a citizen from your country, ironic right?. If they help Ukraine but they refuse to support other people in other areas then that’s hypocrisy unless that the main reason that they protect Ukraine it’s because of NATO. You see, one of the reasons why all of this is happening around the world it’s because of such things, selfishness, lack of humanity and convenience.
We better charge other countries for the expense we incur evacuating their personnel. But with Biden in charge that seems extremely unlikely.
