Ukraine’s flood-ravaged Kherson region has been hit by Russian rockets.
The attacks come as residents are still trying to clean up after the nearby Kakhovka dam was breached a week ago, flooding the town.

I’m starting to think Russia did it. At first I assumed it was Ukraine since Ukraine blew up the Nordstream pipeline. But, it wouldn’t make much sense for Ukraine to damage the Dam because it would prohibit their forces from advancing. Russia probably blew it up so they could shift some of their forces from Kherson to Zaporizhzhia
