I continuously say that women should be the coaches and administrators for women’s sports. Men can assist but women should be in charge.
It is EXTREMELY rare for a woman to coach a men’s team–high school, college, semi-pro, professional.
However, men are REGULARLY coaching women’s sports teams–many times with foreseeable negative outcomes, on and off field.
