I see AI as more of a revenue risk to Google. Google search results are full of click bait that they currently monetize; AI search like ChatGPT and Bing Chat give you the correct answer the first time and represents a real threat to Google’s revenue model. Microsoft copilots represent the best monetization strategy for first-party workloads and Azure seems to be winning the bulk of public cloud workloads.
