A #goat named Jeffrey was trapped for hours on the ledge of a bridge in #KansasCity, Mo. He was #rescued by the fire department and will be returned to its owner.

He wasn’t trapped! He was living his best life.
Obviously not trapped. Just wanted a safe place to hang out and they go and bother him while he was chillin’.
No I think he was exploring then had no idea where the heck he was ….so grateful he is ok ….
Apparently, a bystander, and a former animal control officer, tied a rope around Jeffrey’s neck to rescue him, causing him to be suspended in mid-air. At one point, he went still, then started to buck, so they cut the rope. They didn’t say how far Jeffrey dropped, but thankfully, he didn’t suffer any broken bones.
Jeffrey needs to sell goatee-shirts with the saying, ‘Goat on a rope’.
