Parts of southern Russia have declared a state of emergency after some of the worst flooding in decades. The disaster forced at least six and half-thousand people out of their homes.

На самом деле у нас каждый год весной бывают паводки. Большие наводнения тоже случаются раз в несколько лет, например в 2019 году было в Иркутской области, в 2014 году в Алтайском крае, в 2012 году в Краснодарском. Спасибо что сопереживаете, привет из Сибири.
