The #Arizona #Senate passed a repeal of the state’s near-total ban on abortion. Though Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs is expected to sign it, repeals of laws in Arizona don’t go into effect until 90 days after a legislative session concludes. So #Republicans could keep the session open to further delay the implementation of a repeal.
