October 7th was not a mistake. The carnage and terror was celebrated. Civilians and “militants” intentionally broke an existing truce to inflict brutality upon innocent, unarmed civilians. They knew it would prompt a response but this didn’t stop them. The participants had no remorse. The survivors will have to live with the memory of the attack itself and also try to make sense of leaders like this that defend those actions.
If Hamas had the weapons and resources that Israel had, Israel would not exist.
