Russia’s President Vladimir Putin hasn’t ruled out negotiations with Ukraine but says he needs guarantees.
He wants Kyiv to withdraw its troops from four Ukrainian regions and abandon its bid to join NATO.

2. Pay compensation to Ukraine for all the damage done by Russia. Russia must bear all the costs for rebuilding Ukraine
3. Promise not to carry out attacks on other countries in the future
4. Vladimir Putin must be held accountable for his abominations in Ukraine.

I am saying nothing of the counter-offensive, as almost all gains are reswallowed. Ukraine did make a few meters gain yesterday (public map info, nothing special) but they had to pump in reserves and then prominently spread the info during the “swiss peace party”.
