Nicol Turner Lee, senior fellow of Governance Studies and director of the Center for Technology Innovation at the Brookings Institution, says companies such as Meta “might be worried,” adding that “little tech will probably benefit more.”
Lee also noted that China will probably be at the center of the debate for both the Democrats and Republicans.
