Even the USA has learned from experience that bombing civilians does nothing to win wars, reprisal attacks only lead to counter reprisal attacks, while it is the civilians who suffer. A civilian is a civilian regardless of allegiance, something you would expect a lawmaker to understand. The realities of war need not include war crimes.

I am 100% behind Ukraine but if Ukraine is targeting civilians I think it may be a big mistake as the interviewer said. I understand the anger but people are people and I don’t think Muscovites are going to think any differently than Ukrainians when it comes to civilian casualties. Strategic targets are a different story, I see a refinery may have been hit by Ukraine; to me that’s fair game.
