This isn’t unique to Ecuador but I wonder what options they could take to combat inflation
Well…shooting people in the streets isn’t going to work. How about having an economic system that doesn’t benefit the top 5 % at the expense of everything else?
Well, to start government is not a job where you come to fill your pockets with the people’s money. Corruption is going to be the downfall of Ecuador just like it did Venezuela. Government is a job where you come to fix what is wrong and that is what this government and other doesn’t undestand. Panama, venezuela, Mexico and I can go on naming others. The only countries doing it correct is Costa Rica and El Salvador.

I am here in the center of Quito …breaks my heart for the current situation, but also makes me feel proud to see the indigenous peoples, working poor and minorities walk for their rights for decent food and fuel prices as Ecuadorian citizens. I absolutely support them in their endeavors and pray they will be victorious against this corruption 🙏🏻🙏🏻
