Qatar’s foreign minister said recent efforts to end the blockade against the country have not suceeded. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt cut all political, trade and transport ties with Qatar in 2017. The foreign minster said that talks to ease tensions ended last month.
