Afghanistan: Loud blast, gunshots heard near a hotel in Kabul

A series of explosions followed by repeated gunfire have been heard in Kabul. An eyewitness says the explosion took place near a hotel popular with Chinese investors. Armed men stormed the building in central Kabul and opened fire. It’s yet not known who is behind the attack or if there are any casualties.
