UK, Russia escalate war of words over Black Sea warship incident

Russia has warned it will target foreign warships that test its territorial claims in waters off Crimea. It follows a tense confrontation in the Black Sea on Wednesday. The Kremlin says it fired warning shots at a British warship that entered its waters. The United Kingdom insists it was acting legally.
