Fresh push for peace as Nagorno-Karabakh truce fails

Russia’s foreign minister says Turkey will not be involved in peace talks over the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Russia have been meeting in Moscow. Azerbaijan had proposed that Turkey be present in the talks. Armenia and Azerbaijan are accusing each other of violating a humanitarian ceasefire, which has left cassualties on both sides. Nagorno-Karabakh truce crumbling as warring sides allege attacks

A ceasefire between Armenia and Azerbaijan is under threat following new attacks in the conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh. Each side is blaming the other for not respecting the truce.
