Video from Myanmar claims to show aftermath of a village massacre

UN officials have condemned the killings of at least 10 people in Myanmar’s northwestern Sagaing district allegedly perpetrated by government security forces. Eyewitness accounts from the area say more than 100 government troops entered Don Thaw village on December 7, searching for armed fighters from the so-called Peoples Defence Force. A video has emerged claiming to show the aftermath of the killing. Gambian police have fired tear gas to disperse supporters of a losing presidential candidate, who is refusing to concede defeat.
