Germany has been accused of aiding and abetting genocide in Gaza, in a case before the UN’s top court in The Hague, Netherlands. It was brought by Nicaragua and calls for emergency measures to stop Germany from selling weapons to Israel. It also wants Berlin to restore funding to the UN’s agency for Palestinian refugees, UNRWA. Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi is wrapping up a visit to Nicaragua, where he has met President Daniel Ortega in Managua. The visit is part of a three South American countries of Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Cuba and the tour is expected to include political and economic deals.
