Ukraine launched drones against targets in six Russian regions, including an attack on an airport in the western city of Pskov – located near the borders of Latvia and Estonia – where military transport aircraft were reportedly damaged amid explosions and a massive fire. Ukraine’s Black Sea Threat: Ships on Route Risk Becoming Military Targets Russia has warned that from Thursday any ships travelling to Ukraine’s Black Sea ports will be considered potential military targets, as Kyiv said it would set up a temporary shipping route to continue grain exports following Moscow’s withdrawal from a United Nations-brokered deal that permitted grain exports from Ukraine’s ports.
