the truth is that Islam is the religion that has not adapted to the new times, depending on the fervor of how a Muslim lives through the “teachings and laws” of the Quran, he simply cannot adapt to the new laws of the state where he resides, for what is “worth” is the law in their book and not the laws accepted by society.
Christians are no different, they just realized that they should adapt. the problem with religions is that some are more or less likely to support fanaticism.
Among religions there will always be those that are best adapted and those that are most rigid.
